Civil Engineer (CE0126)

Job Summary

• Crownbee Properties is seeking to hire a competent and result-driven Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant work experience to support our construction and real estate development projects.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with little or no supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
• Coordinate artisans, contractors, and site workers
• Prepare site reports and provide regular project updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on site
• Assist in estimating materials and managing project resources
• Support estate development and maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years work experience in construction or real estate projects
• Good knowledge of construction processes and site supervision
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
