CashX, a fast-growing FinTech company, is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, engaging customers professionally, and ensuring effective recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients via phone calls, emails, and text messages to discuss due and overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on outstanding debts in a professional manner.
Review loan agreements, payment histories, and account records to determine appropriate collection strategies.
Negotiate settlements, restructuring plans, and payment arrangements with customers.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment commitments, and account status in the company’s database/system.
Provide guidance and support to clients by addressing concerns and offering suitable repayment options.
Requirements:
Experience in Debt Collection, Customer Service, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
Must have completed NYSC.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
