About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven professional to support the growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio by acquiring and managing customers across savings, current, and fixed deposit products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building strong relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance retention and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new deposit customers including SMEs, individuals, corporate organizations, and associations.
- Drive deposit mobilization campaigns through strategic product pitches and market activations.
- Manage customer portfolio including onboarding, documentation, account funding, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients while addressing inquiries and resolving escalations.
- Track sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account opening and service delivery.
