Job Description

Role Summary
The Enterprise Business Executive is responsibile for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate and enterprise deals, partnerships, and long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value enterprise and corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and market research.
  • Develop compelling proposals, customized pitches, and detailed contracts tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Manage key accounts effectively, fostering long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, service terms, SLAs, and other agreements to maximize value for both parties.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, tech support, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports on pipeline progress and opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills, presentation abilities, and a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS products, or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software like Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while thriving in team settings.
