*Key Responsibilities: *
* Manage company’s plans, documents and filing.
* Prepare reports and documents and documentation manager
* Provide support to team members for smooth process completion.
* Perform checks and controls for documents and processes before presenting to the MD
* Ensure MD signs all necessary required documents.
* Manage the calendars, itinerary of the MD and provide support.
* Ensure check list is completed for every document processing by team members.
* Address any issues or concerns that arise from clients.
* Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service, provide response via the company phones and emails in a timely manner.
* Requirements: *
* HND/ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in client Service management, Executive Assistant
* Excellent written, Presentation & communication skills.
* Very proactive and problem-solving skills.
*Proximity to Magodo, CMD is an added advantage*
