Facility Manager (FM0126)

Job Summary

• The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s facilities.
• This role ensures that all physical assets, infrastructure, and support services are functioning optimally to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives
• Supervise facility staff and provide leadership and performance management
• Coordinate space management, office layout, and renovations where necessary
• Handle emergency situations and ensure proper response procedures are in place
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service activities
• Ensure uninterrupted utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.) and proper functioning of equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in facility or operations management
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
