As a pivotal member of our administrative staff, the front desk/admin manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, expertly managing administrative tasks, and I ensuring the seamless operation of our office front desk. Serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome to our office.
The front desk/admin manager will be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating assigned administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to all team members, handling visitors, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records and files
The front desk/admin manager must always smile, look neat, presentable, keep the reception area tidy, confirm appointments, and welcome guests in a professional and timely manner
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct visitors/ phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Experience with Clerical Skills and general office organization.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email management
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a professional demeanor·
Three years experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage
