SUMMARY:
Lead the transformation of a fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution business across Southwest Nigeria.
This is a high-autonomy leadership role for a commercially driven operator ready to scale a ₦200M business into a ₦1B+ enterprise within 24 months.
RESPONSILITIES
* Own full P&L responsibility for the B2B pharmaceutical operation
* Drive revenue growth from ₦200M to ₦1B by Dec 2026
* Lead sales, credit, operations, and customer success teams
* Strengthen credit risk management and collections performance
* Build execution systems, dashboards, and performance discipline across the business
* This is a hands-on leadership role not an administrative position.
EXPECTATION
* N1B annual revenue target achieved by Dec 2026
* 4%+ sustained gross margin
Default rate reduced below 1% and 99%+ collection rate maintained
* High team performance, accountability, and retention
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience
* Proven P&L ownership of ₦100M+ annually
* Strong background in pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, credit, or trade finance
* Demonstrated success leading multi-state sales teams
* Deep understanding of credit risk, collections, and working capital management
* Data-driven decision maker with a builder’s mindset
* Fluent in English and Yoruba
* You must be comfortable operating with autonomy and reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.
