Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client relationship management, sales leadership, and business operations, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage high-value clients, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations of the real estate business to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales performance across property sales and leasing portfolios
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Handle key client engagements and resolve escalations effectively
  • Drive client retention and repeat business

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and operations teams
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture
  • Identify training needs and support staff development

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and services
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate leads
  • Enhance brand visibility within the Abuja real estate market

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven sales track record in real estate or a similar industry
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Good understanding of the Abuja real estate market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
