Health Advisor (HAI0126)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Health Advisor who will play a vital role in working tirelessly to promote wellness, enhance health literacy, and ensure equitable access to care for all our staffs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• . Conduct outreach programs to promote health and wellness within our organization
• . Educate our staffs about healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• . Assist our staffs in navigating the healthcare system.
• . Provide information on available health resources and services.
• . Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify our health needs.
• . Develop and distribute educational materials related to health and wellness.
• . Organize and participate in health fairs and workshops.
• . Collect data on health trends to inform future initiatives.
• . Advocate for improved health policies at the local levels.
• . Provide support and resources to our staffs managing chronic diseases.
• . Assist in developing health improvement plans for our organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• . Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or any other related field
• . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• . .Experience with data collection and analysis.
• . Knowledge of local health resources and services.
• . Proficiency in using technology for health education and outreach.
• . Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• . Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others.
