Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive product demand, and support sales growth within the veterinary pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for veterinary pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
• Manage product branding, positioning, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and market penetration.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media and online campaigns.
• Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role (experience in pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
