Production Manager (PM0126)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards
• Manage production teams, including scheduling and supervision
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
• Coordinate with other departments (procurement, logistics, maintenance)

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in team leadership and supervision
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management
• Experience with production planning and quality control systems
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
