Job Summary: 
We are seeking a talented production manager . The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas, help shape collections, and maintain the company's luxury aesthetic. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise in fashion design and production.

Job Descriptions:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet business targets.

Coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.

Forecast manpower, equipment, and material requirements.

Adjust schedules based on demand changes or operational challenges.

Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor production processes and implement improvements where necessary.

Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, labor, and resources.

Reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Enforce quality control procedures and corrective actions.

Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Lead audits and quality inspections.

*Qualification*
●Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline. 
●Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
●Must be able to handle confidential financial/client information.
●Experience in data management, inventory records, supervision, or administrative support is an advantage.
