Project Manager (PM261)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee property development and construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, manage, and execute construction and property development projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Monitor costs and control project budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Conduct site inspections and track project progress
• Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
• B.Sc/ HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 3–4 years relevant experience managing construction/property projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
