Job Summary:
Our client is seeking proactive and results-driven Relationship Managers with a strong sales background to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
3. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
4. Manage client accounts and ensure consistent engagement
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
7. Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Sales or a similar role
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
4. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
5. Ability to work independently and within a team
6. Good organizational and time management skills
7. Proximity to Bariga, Lagos is an added advantage
