Job Description

Summary: The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the business.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Drive long-term growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze competitors and market positioning to identify competitive advantages.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Close complex, high-value deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to develop competitive proposals.
  • Support and mentor junior business development team members.
  • Contribute to sales training initiatives.
  • Lead by example in professional conduct and performance.

Requirements

Key Requirements:


* BSc/MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development
* Strong sales, negotiation, and client-management skills
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
