About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Operations & Project Delivery Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the firm.

This role is responsible for:
• Driving operational excellence across TBSL
• Overseeing PMO governance and delivery discipline
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required standards
• Intervening decisively on at-risk or distressed projects
• Enforcing documentation, reporting, and accountability frameworks

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• PMP Certification – Mandatory
• Strong Construction Project Experience
• Proven Operations Leadership Experience
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in operations, consulting, or project delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Exceptional attention to detail
