Job Summary:
Responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound telesales calls, converting prospects into customers, retaining existing accounts, and delivering a seamless service experience across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
. Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects, leads, and existing customers to pitch, upsell, and cross-sell company products and services.
. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
. Convert qualified leads into active customers through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
. Retain at-risk customers by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions or incentives.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
. Accurately capture and update all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in CRM tools.
. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation for new customers.
. Provide feedback to team leads on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
. Minimum 3 years' experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales-driven role.
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a call centre or telesales environment.
. Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
. Experience in telecom, ISP, or IT service environments is an added advantage.
. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and activity logs.
