BO Properties is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating artisans, contractors, suppliers, and consultants, while providing regular updates to management on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor contractors, artisans, and suppliers for quality workmanship.
• Ensure projects are executed according to architectural and structural drawings.
• Track project timelines and report progress to management.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and Lagos building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must reside in Lagos.
