Monitors Central Processing Unit workflow. Receives and delegates work to the Central Processing team
Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Central Processing team and motivates team members.
Performs support Analyst functions and duties where necessary, to support the Central Processing Unit workload.
Ensures appropriate level of staff in Central Processing Unit at all times.
Provide timely and accurate information that will allow the Central Processing Unit team to produce; supply & distribute prepared raw materials and ice cream products in a cost-effective manner.
Provides recommendations to the line manager on the operations, procedure or organizational improvements and increased efficiencies.
Ensures recipes and formulas for products that have a very specific texture, color, flavor and clarity are strictly followed.
Record test and production data for every product batch, including information regarding test results, temperature, time cycle and ingredients utilized.
Ensure Clean and sterilize factory processing areas vats daily.
Adherence to processes, standard operating procedures and policies.
Distribution and record-keeping of requested Central Processing Unit raw materials for operation in the company
Develop, implement and monitor procedures for compliance with all legislation and company policies relating to food safety.
Maintain regular contact with finishing outlet managers to ensure satisfaction with the product and to elicit ideas for improvement.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
