Job Description
Responsibilities
- Regular interactions with the enterprises/regulators to ensure smooth running ofthe zone
- Relationship Management
- Follow up to fast-track pending approvals with the regulators and escalate where necessary
- Records Keeping on pending request from the authority.
- Report Writing
- Ensure customer (Enterprises) satisfaction, within the defined TAT
- Following up on outstanding payments from Clients
- Ensuring the usage of the online portals
- Good communication skills and team player
- Create case studies to provide recommendations for service enhancement.
- Measure performance and capture issues from customer satisfaction survey to drive and deliver continuous improvement in the business.
- Assisting in month-end activities
- Other responsibilities assisting and working closing with the Operations team
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields
- Female (For gender balance)
- 3-4 years of Post qualification experience (Preferably Customer Service or Relationship Manager experience).
