Job Responsibilities

  • The duty agent's main responsibilities include overseeing the check-in line and making sure clients receive quick service for all reservations and check-in-related tasks.
  • Reporting to the Duty Officer is this job.
  • Respond to questions about products made in Africa.
  • Inform and educate customers about the company's new and current items.
  • Every shift ends with the preparation and forwarding of a daily sales report to the gLead.
  • Create client invoices, then take payments.
  • Answer questions.
  • ascertains if the customer's desired trip dates have room available.
  • Keep up to date PNR files and correct records.
  • Provide clients advice on where to go, links to useful resources, and prompt service for their inquiries.
  • Notify clients of pertinent travel information, such as operational terminals and journey times.
  • fully qualified in all areas of customer relations, ticketing, rates, and passenger services.
  • In charge of the front-line document and actions following departure.
  • Always aim to win over customers' loyalty by offering superior service.
  • Resolving client issues and making sure their demands are sufficiently satisfied.
  • Make bookings and, if necessary, provide tickets to clients.
  • Using a computer and timetables, determine the cost of the ticket and plan your journey.
  • Make reservations for tickets, get a fare quotation, and email the quote to direct clients.
  • whatever additional responsibilities and tasks the gLeads Airport Manager or Duty Manager assigns.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Superior numeracy abilities
  • Strong capacity to focus on details.
