Responsibilities
● Elevatequality and effectiveness of concerts audio, video and digital advertisingassets
● Determinewhich photographs, videos, creatives, or other design elements to use acrossmultiple channels including websitem social, digital, email, outdoor display,in-venue and audio communications
● Ensureconcerts creative is cataloged, organized and easily accessible
● Developautomated and efficient production processes
● Managedesign relationships with internal and external creative partners
● Reviewand approve designs, artwork, photography, video, audio and graphics developedby other staff members
● Presentdesigns to Marketing Manager and leadership for approval
● Ensurevisual and audio communication and brand standards are met
● Monitorteam quality control, review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback tocreative production team
Experience& Knowledge
● Artdirection experience in live music entertainment or industry related field
● Strongportfolio of previous and current design or directed work
● Expertisein Adobe Creative Suite and other creative applications
● Abilityto learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
● Knowledgeand sharp eye for popular culture, trends, and visual aesthetics
● Familiaritywith digital management systems and workflows
