Qualification and Experience
• A BSc degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a customer support executive
• Must have worked in the contact center of a bank for at least 18 months
• Must have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls as well as email.
• Must have experience in Up-selling and cross-selling financial services
• Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
