We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Expert to join our team.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and helping us grow our brand.
Such as:
👉Confirming orders via calls, Facebook or WhatsApp etc
👉Following up with customer orders
👉Working with delivery agents to effect prompt delivery of products.
👉Confirming delivered orders
👉 Responding to customers on Facebook and WhatsApp.
👉After sales support for customers who have complaints, inquiries, repeat orders….
