Responsibilities:

1. Front-end Development:
   • Lead front-end development projects, translating design concepts and wireframes into interactive and responsive web applications.
   • Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces.
2. User Experience (UX) Optimization:
   • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually striking and intuitive user interfaces.
   • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience through thoughtful design and functionality.
3. Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Compatibility:
   • Develop web applications that are compatible across various browsers and platforms.
   • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
4. Web Performance Optimization:
   • Optimize web applications for speed and performance, focusing on minimizing load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
   • Implement caching strategies and other techniques to improve the efficiency of client-side interactions.
5. Collaboration with Back-end Developers:
   • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
   • Collaborate on API design and ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
6. Code Maintenance and Documentation:
   • Maintain clean and well-documented code to facilitate easy collaboration and future development.
   • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
7. Security Implementation:
   • Implement security measures within the front-end architecture to protect against vulnerabilities and data breaches.
   • Stay updated on security best practices and proactively address potential risks.
8. Browser Compatibility Testing:
   • Conduct thorough testing to ensure compatibility with various browsers, identifying and resolving issues related to rendering and functionality.
   • Stay informed about the latest browser updates and technologies.
9. Continuous Learning and Innovation:
   • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
   • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the client-side development capabilities of Founders Factory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front-end Developer or in a similar client-side development role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, build tools, and package managers.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
