*Responsibilities:*
– Connect with borrowers to discuss loan repayment terms via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp
– Maintain accurate records of communication and payment agreements
*Qualifications:*
– Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure while upholding ethical standards
– 0-3 years of experience in a related field
– Proficient in using personal Android/iOS phones for work
