1. Educate customers on the benefits of the product and Services offerings and assist
them in selecting the most suitable products/services based on their needs.
2. Drive sales of mobile money (MoMo) services by explaining the convenience and
security of digital transactions and assisting customers in setting up accounts.
3. Assist clients with enrollment and registration.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the
company.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and
repeat business.
6. Remain informed about market trends, product advancements, and rivalry to
strategically place our products.
7. Share your thoughts with management regarding market developments, consumer
preferences, and areas that could want improvement.
8. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to
ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and
inventory levels.
10. Cross sell other products and services.
11. Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with
salespeople when require
12. Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
13. Activity and task reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
14. Attend all required customer service-related meetings
15. Perform mathematical calculations regarding sales and inventory.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of SSCE.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, Mobile Money or
related industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse
customer groups.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing sales.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with mobile technology, digital payments, and government
identification processes is desirable.
8. Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to
accommodate customer needs.
