Job Description

DelonApps is seeking to hire Call Center Agents in Ipaja area of Lagos and Ibara, Abeokuta for a leading financial company in Nigeria. Interested candidates must possess good speaking skills with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND and a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role. Candidate must also be able to speak 1 indigenous language.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  •  Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.

 

Location: Ibara, Abeokuta or Ipaja, Lagos.

Qualification: B.Sc./H.ND

Experience: 1 year.

Salary: Negotiable.
