Job Description

We are seeking a very well-spoken, friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If selected for the role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner 
  • Assist customers in placing online delivery orders and address any inquiries or concerns 
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and meal plans
  • Liaison with delivery drivers and courier services when delivery orders are placed
  • Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination
  • Provide informational resources about Lady Green restaurant products and services to customers
  • Maintain database of customers separated by purchases and non
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Take and manage reservations for sit-in dining
  • Effectively navigate the internal POS system including but not limited to order placement, order cancellations, third-party app management, etc
  • Regularly monitor social media and other communication channels in order to assist customers 


  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism 
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online ordering systems and reservation software 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure 
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays 
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus 
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for providing outstanding customer service
