Job Description

Call customers immediately after an order is placed.
You're expected to confirm order from 9-6 and be active on WhatsApp 24/7

Provide knowledgeable and polite answers to inquiries regarding products.

Assist with helping them place an order.

Deal with orders in the back end and liaise with logistics manager.

Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.

Manage customer relationships using our CRM tools.

Assist customers with after-sales services.

Resolve customers complaints.

Communicate concisely our company policies to customers.

Maintain and update order report fast and efficiently.
