Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Dynamic365/Power Platform Expert for a leading ICT firm in Nigeria who will lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team on implementing, integration, customizing and managing Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) solutions as well as power platform and would also drive the modification/enhancement of existing CRM/ERP solutions in the business and client sites. Interested candidates must possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree/HND Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ post NYSC experience. Salary isN400,000 – N600,000. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with stakeholders (PO) to understand business requirements. 
  2. Make Demonstration that display a high level of expertise in Microsoft CRM at sprint review or demo to clients. 
  3. Conduct business process analysis and create best fit/gap report. 
  4. Create best solution design to address client business, interface, and performance needs.
  5. Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties integration and customizations. 
  6. Create functional requirement and design thinking for customizations.
  7. Proper estimation of task delivery and implementation within set period. 
  8. Customizations using Microsoft and third-party tools. 
  9. Streamline and enhance existing dynamics solutions to align with the organization’s business processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience with Dynamics CRM and ERP.
  2. Requisite Knowledge of the Power Platforms components and Dataverse.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  4. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Identity Management.
  5. Testing and Troubleshooting Skills.
  6. Powershell and powershell scripting.
  7. Microsoft Certified Expert.
  8. Dynamics 365certifications (CRM & ERP).
  9. Power Platform certification.
