Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth, and the procurement arm of our projects. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends related to the Oil and Gas Industry.
-Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate business development efforts.
-Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and construction management teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals for potential projects.
-Develop and execute business development strategies, including identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and participating in industry conferences and events.
-Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess project feasibility, risks, and profitability.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
-Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing insights to the management team.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
-Proven experience in business development within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong focus on procurement.
-In-depth understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices in the EPC sector.
-Strong network of industry contacts, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
-Self-motivated and driven to achieve business growth targets.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
