VACANCY:
A smart and dynamic Franchising and Business Development Assistant is urgently needed.
LOCATION: Lagos
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree / HND
• 2-5 years working experience in Business Development or a similar role.
• Experience in a Retail Chain or FMCG company is preferable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sourcing for new franchisees. Ensuring franchise growth and expansion.
• Generate new corporate clients and channels of business.
• Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise and advise management of new opportunities.
• Develop sales and marketing tools, work on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
• Carryout other relevant functions as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Perform other activities required to achieve the Franchising and Business Development objectives.
• Offer continuous support to franchisees.
• Assist with stocking and restocking of franchise stores.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to go an extra-mile (Passion for service).
• Analytical
• Strong Marketing and Negotiating Skill.
• Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
