Accountabilities
• Maintain and ensures accuracy of internal reports and records.
• Handling and responding to prospects and clients inquiries in all forms (email, phone, in person).
• Serves as point of communication to all departments.
• Following up with transactions from start to finish ensuring the work flow is actually flowing.
• Give detailed information about properties on sale to prospective clients via all means of communication.
• Welcoming clients and prospects in to the company and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Facilitate executive communications by answering and directing phone calls to the correct party, taking messages, and distributing corporate correspondence appropriately.
• Liaise among executives, other staff, external partners, customers and clients.
