Job Description: 
DelonJobs is seeking to hire a highly organized and adaptable resource to support our client in efficient and effective use of the deployed Business Intelligence products, whilst also internally implementing the right processes and practices across our organization to improve productivity. This role is ideal for recent graduates with relevant internship experience or individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.  Salary range is N100,000 – N150,000. Key Responsibilities: 
 
Internal Administration & HR: 
•    Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth operations. 
•    Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance. 
•    Collaborate with team members to streamline internal processes and procedures. 
 
Client Communications & Relationship Management: 
•    Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 
•    Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and proactive assistance. 
•    Work closely with team members to address client needs and expectations. 
 
End User Training & Support: 
•    Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to educate end users on BI solutions. 
•    Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end users to enhance their understanding and usage of BI tools. 
•    Assist in documenting and maintaining knowledge base articles and training materials. 
 
Project/Client Management: 
•    Support project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. 
•    Assist in coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions within scope and budget. 
•    Attend project/client status meetings and contribute to discussions as needed. 
 
Requirements: 
 
•    Experience in administration, HR, client communications, or customer support will be an advantage. 
•    Basic understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and tools is a plus. 
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
•    Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. 
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
 
Other Requirements 
•    You might be required to work outside normal work hours to meet deadlines or to keep up with the variable demands of projects. 
•    You will also be expected to handle any other responsibility given to you by your line supervisor in line with your key responsibilities. 
•    On-site client and office visits might be required from time to time.
