Job Description
- Provide IT Technical Support to users in terms of desktop support and helpdesk support
- Assist with maintenance and upgrading works
- Assist the IT Manager to ensure proper equipment documentation as well as physical inventory of assets
- Handle IT access control
- Assist in IT department related administrative duties
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Computer Science
- 2 – 3 years of experience as an IT Support Officer (Hardware, Software, Networking, Biometrics, CCTV cameras, etc) in manufacturing industries.
