Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our team at Geoaudits. As an Online Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales through online channels, including email, social media, and web platforms. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our geospatial solutions and services to target markets. Your ability to effectively communicate value propositions, build rapport with customers, and drive sales conversions will contribute to the success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through online channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, and industry forums. Conduct market research to identify target industries, segments, and prospects for our geospatial solutions and services.

  2. Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and online messaging to introduce Geoaudits' products and services, educate them on the value proposition, and qualify leads based on their needs and requirements. Customize sales pitches and presentations to address specific customer pain points and objectives.

  3. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects and leads through regular communication, follow-up, and engagement. Provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, and address concerns to build trust and credibility with potential customers.

  4. Product Demonstration: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of Geoaudits' geospatial solutions and services. Tailor demonstrations to align with customer needs and use cases to illustrate the value proposition effectively.

  5. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with prospective clients to close sales and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers to incentivize sales and meet revenue targets.

  6. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software. Track sales pipeline metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and forecast sales projections.

  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for customers, offering guidance and assistance throughout the sales process and beyond.

  8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to geospatial technology and how online fashion platform works. Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, online sales tools, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
