Regional Sales Managers (Lagos & Southwest) – RSMLSAI2401

DelonJobs is seeking to hire Regional Sales Managers (Lagos & Southwest) for a leading HMO in Nigeria. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of growth targets in the region. This role will also have full responsibility for the management, coaching and training of field sales executives and ensuring that their performance is actively managed, and targets are exceeded. Candidates must have a BA/B.SC degree or equivalent with proven 5 – 10 years’ experience in sales meeting or exceeding targets in the insurance industry. Salary is N8,000,000 – N15,000,000 per annum.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Meet or exceed regional sales goals.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to advance business and sales objectives.
  • Identify and establish areas of growth and additional revenue opportunities while nurturing continuous growth in existing opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the region’s sales revenues.
  • Partner with marketing, customer service and other functional departments to promote and manage business in assigned region.
  • Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products into assigned region.
  • Support the recruitment, training and development of the sales team.
  • Motivate and support the sales team to continuously build and maintain a strong presence with customers, while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Leverage CRM pipeline tools and tracking systems that enable and drive the sales team to increase daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

•  BA/B.SC degree or equivalent 

•  Proven 5 – 10 years’ experience in sales meeting or exceeding targets

•  Demonstrable experience in regional sales, developing client-focused and achievable solutions

•  Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results 

•  Entrepreneurial approach to business development

•  Well-developed negotiation and project management skills       

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•  Displays a self-motivated and driven personality.

•  Good leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
