JOBDESCRIPTION

2. Ensurethe strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of theCompany, reporting same to relevant authority

Providesupport to other guards working at client site.

3.Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform securitywalkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation andsubmitting reports.

4.Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conducting physical checks onthe guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessaryupdates.

5. Overseethe monitoring of the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.

6. Overseeand ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence

7. Generatereports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special obs, survey and clients report).

8. Buildexcellent client relationship between the Company and the clients.

9. Assist inmonitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, includingsecurity systems administration and security incident response.

10. Managethe operational routine of each shift, which includes; arranging cover fordropped shifts; production of local operational records, reports and returns,ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.

11. Generatereports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special obs, survey and clients report)

12. Engagein revenue drive, collection of cheques/cash from clients and depositing samewithin hours in the Company’s account.

13. Attendto clients complaints with timely interventions

14. Monitorand evaluate staff performance and ensure training needs identified (to berecorded in monthly Care Visit Reports).

15.Participate in marketing the Company’s services to prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 3 years in security industry and availabilityto demonstrate competence in the role.

2. Working Tool: Ability and wiliness to ride bike in Lagos.

3. Educational Qualification : OND, NCE, HND, and BSC.
