Job Overview:
As a Reservation Officer at Ziba Beach Resort, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
- Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their stay.
- Room Allocation: Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure timely room allocation, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
- Reservation System Maintenance: Maintain the reservation system, updating guest information, managing room inventory, and generating reports as needed.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote resort amenities, packages, and special offers to guests, upselling additional services to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
- Collaboration: Liaise with various departments, including front office, housekeeping, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Feedback: Solicit guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or issues raised to enhance the guest experience and improve service quality.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and processing reservations and payments accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Some years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
