Job Description
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell Freight forwarding, logistics, and Customs clearance services and adjust existing ones.
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records.
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
Minimum of BA / B.Sc / HND in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field.
3-5 years experience in a relevant role.
Proven experience as a Freight forwarding, logistics, and Customs clearance services Sales Representative
Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Goal-oriented.
Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & Products.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on computer-related equipment.
Ability to multi-task efficiently without compromising on quality.
