Job Description

Lead way Assurance Company is seeking to hire an individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for building meaningful client relationships in this role, you will be a key player in driving our company's growth, responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department. We are seeking a motivated and personable professional who can effectively communicate our value proposition, meet, and exceed sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The salary is between ₦30,000 – ₦50,000/month. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development of the overall sales plan.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry events. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with clients' goals. Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services. Customize presentations to address the unique needs of each client and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals that align with client requirements. Ensure proposals are clear, concise, and address the specific pain points or challenges presented by potential clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure favorable terms. Utilize effective closing techniques to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance, pipeline, and potential challenges.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to contribute to product enhancements and positioning.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements based on customer insights.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
