Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their workforce strategies.
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies and tools to drive consistent and scalable results.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, both geographically and within existing client industries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Seven years of experience, ideally in the automotive, logistics, or information technology and services sectors.
- A B2B background is required.
- A track record of accomplishment in sales management, ideally in the automotive, technology, or logistics sectors
- Product knowledge is a thorough awareness of the company's offerings, rivals, and market trends.
- Analytical abilities: capacity to compile reports and presentations and analyze sales data.
- strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively in a hectic setting.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of exceeding targets.
