As we continue to elevate our online presence and user interface, we are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of 360 Konga and enhance the overall user experience for our growing customer base.

Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at 360 Konga, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to design user-centric solutions that align with business objectives and delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user interface and user experience design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and the ability to contribute to the ongoing success of 360 Konga.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to inform UI/UX design decisions and improvements.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
    • Iterate on design ideas based on feedback and usability testing results.
  3. UI Design:
    • Design visually appealing and brand-consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Develop high-fidelity mockups and design elements that enhance the overall aesthetic of the platform.
  4. UX Design:
    • Define and optimize user journeys to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
    • Implement information architecture and navigation systems that improve user engagement.
  5. Collaboration with Development Teams:
    • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of UI/UX designs.
    • Provide design assets, style guides, and documentation for development teams.
  6. Responsive Design:
    • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
    • Test and optimize designs for mobile responsiveness.
  7. Brand Consistency:
    • Uphold brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with promotional materials.
  8. Usability Testing:
    • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
    • Incorporate user insights to refine and enhance the user interface and experience.
  9. Accessibility Implementation:
    • Integrate accessibility features into the UI/UX design to ensure inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards.
    • Conduct audits to assess and improve accessibility.
  10. Continuous Learning and Trends Analysis:
    • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Contribute insights to improve design processes and elevate the overall design quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with frontend development principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail trends.
