Job Responsibilities

• greeting and conversing with visitors in a formal way.
• precise taking of orders from visitors.
• keeping an eye out for the requirements of the diners in the dining room.
• recommending dishes, responding to inquiries, and providing diners with further information.
• ensuring that the kitchen crew appropriately prepares the meal order and presents it to the diners.
• bringing food to the visitors from the kitchen.
• carrying out shift tasks such as clearing garbage, cleaning tables, per-bussing tables, rolling silverware, and more.
• Cultivate a passion for continuous learning.
• Stay informed about culinary trends, wine pairings, and service best practices.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the ongoing success of our team.
• Dive into the intricacies of our culinary offerings, becoming a maestro of our menu.
• Articulate the nuances of each dish with enthusiasm, providing recommendations and personal touches that elevate the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a waiter as stated above.
• 1 – 10 years work experience.
• Applicants must be good-mannered, with well-spoken English.
• Ability to provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Following health code standards concerning the handling of food.
