Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Sales Advisor for a leading insurance company in Ibadan, Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s business growth in Ibadan and its environment through active marketing of insurance products, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with company goals.

Interested candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with at 3 years progressive and related experience in marketing, Insurance or sales

Annual gross salary is between N4,000,000 – N6,000,000.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Market and promote the company’s insurance products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and renewal.
  • Prepare and submit regular marketing reports on activities, prospects, and performance.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, presentations, and customer engagements.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to support product improvement and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Branch/Regional Lead in the interest of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive and related experience in marketing, Insurance or sales
  • ACII / Member of CIIN
  • A presentable and likable personality
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of insurance regulatory laws
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships.
