Job Title: Investment Marketer
Location: Suit 7, Legislative Office Arcade, Yidi Road, Irewolede Area, Ilorin
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
▪️Source for new investors and expansion of portfolios from new and existing clients
▪️Evaluate structure, negotiate, and close new transactions, portfolio restructurings, rescheduling, capital increases, equity sales, etc.
▪️Relationship management of existing and new investors.
▪️Use negotiation skills to overcome impasses and finalize negotiations in straight forward transactions.
▪️Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
▪️Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
▪️Notification to investors on updated rates and policies.
▪️Maintenance of investor’s mandates and attending to investors needs promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must have 1-2 years experience in the sales and marketing industry, preferably in the Real Estate, banking and finance sector.
– Must be result Oriented
