A fast growing start-up in the logistics space is urgently looking to engage the services of an *Accountant*
*REQUIREMENTS*
* 1-3 years of accounting experience required.
* B.Sc/HND Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
* Hands-on experience on Sage Accounting is important to the role, knowledge of other accounting software is an added advantage
* Good understanding of cost accounting and other accounting processes
* Extensive knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
* hands-on experience in preparing general ledger.
* Understands invoicing, setting up new accounts, account reconciliation, and closing of monthly books.
* Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
* Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
