Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts based on business goals and objectives.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to support decision-making.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Audit Preparation:
- Prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with auditors to address queries and ensure a smooth audit process.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash management.
- Expense Management:

- Payroll Processing:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in related field
- Proficiency in Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Experience working with Accounting Software
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
